The third annual San Francisco Cochon555 Heritage BBQ Event is just around the corner. You’ll experience everything from craft cocktails, to hand selected wines and beer, to 1500 lbs of heritage breed pork prepared by San Francisco chefs from āina, Smokestack at Magnolia Brewery, Serpentine, Piccino, and Park Tavern. Participating wineries include Kosta Browne, Silver Oak, Pax Wine Cellars, Scholium Project, Cirq, and Element Winery. Held at Magnolia Brewing Company on 3rd Street, you’ll start your afternoon with welcome bites from the ramen bar, then proceed to the margarita bar, smoked old fashioned bar, and even a Tomahawk Ribeye bar! Cochon555 is also a great opportunity to support family farmers and the education of raising heritage breed animals. Additionally, there is a bespoke ticket that includes a multi-course charity dinner on Saturday.
