This beautiful mezcal cocktail from the Baccarat bar in Manhattan is made with prickly pear puree and Thai chili Infused Mezcal. The Opus was one of our favorite cocktails at the Baccarat Bar that we tried during out recent visit to New York City Thankfully, they are sharing the recipe with us so we can now make it at home. Ingredients
- 2 oz Thai Chili infused Illegal Joven Mezcal
- 1.5 oz Prickly Pear Puree
- .75 oz Cointreau
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- .5 oz Agave Syrup
- Himalayan Pink Salt
- 2 colored pansies
Instructions
- Build ingredients in a mixing tin, add ice and shake.
- Himalayan Pink Salt Rim on Baccarat Harmonie Highball glass.
- Strain over fresh ice
- Garnish with 2 colored pansies.
