Trust us, you need to try this cocktail! We’ve been making this yellow chartreuse and gin cocktail a lot lately. We garnish it with saffron threads. Don’t let the saffron throw you off. If you aren’t into saffron, just leave it out. We love these glasses that we found recently. They’re delicate and such a cool shape! They are also dishwasher safe and made in Italy. You can also try these or these. Thanks to our friend Kelly for giving a name to this unexpected but totally delicious drink!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Fill a tumbler with ice.
  2. In a shaker, add ice, gin, chartreuse, pineapple juice, and lychee liquor.
  3. Shake and strain over ice.
  4. Top with tonic water.
  5. Garnish with a pinch of saffron.
