Ingredients
  • 500g white balsamic vinegar
  • 100g sugar
  • 20g salt
  • 510g water
  • 1 quart of fresh or frozen cranberries
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, then bring to a boil.
  2. Let sit off heat for 10 minutes.
  3. Bring the liquid to room temperature in an ice bath.
