Cranberry Sauce
  • 6 cups fresh cranberries (2 bags)
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  1. Rinse the cranberries, and combine in a sauce pan with orange juice and sugar.
  2. Place over medium-low heat and bring to a simmer.
  3. Once the cranberries have popped, remove from the heat and cool.
  4. Serve at room temperature or cold.
