Apple Chai Syrup
  1. Using a small sauce pan, bring the fresh apple juice to a soft simmer (below the boiling point) and turn off the heat.
  2. Add the loose chai tea to the apple juice.
  3. Steep the chai tea in the apple juice for 2.5-3 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine strainer.
  5. Add equal parts per volume, Demerara sugar to Apple juice.
  6. Stir until the mixture is homogeneous.
