Aviation Cocktail
  • 1½ oz gin
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
  • ¼ oz ⅛ oz agave nectar
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 Maraschino cherry, for garnish
  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, Maraschino liqueur, bitters, and agave nectar to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake until well-chilled, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry to serve.
