Add the pasta to the boiling water, and cook until al dente (about 1 minute less than the package directs).
Bring your pan's heat to medium. Use tongs to move the pasta directly to the pan of bacon. Toss to coat the pasta and add ¼ cup of pasta water to the pan. Add more if you like a looser sauce, and allow to cook slightly so that the sauce is sticks to the pasta.
Remove from the heat, but while still hot, add the egg and cheese mixture and quickly toss. The heat of the pasta will cook the eggs.
To serve, top with additional cheese, pepper and finishing salt.
