How to Roast Squash
  1. Preheat the oven at 375F.
  2. Trim the end of the squash.
  3. Cut the squash horizontally down the center.
  4. Scoop out the seeds from the inside and discard or roast separately.
  5. Rub the squash with olive oil.
  6. Place the squash pieces flat side down on a sheet pan.
  7. Roast in the oven for 60 minutes or until it's easily pierced by a knife or fork.
