1 pound Pasta, cooked according to package instructions and drained
⅓ pound Cheddar cheese, grated
⅓ pound Alpine cheese such as Comte or Gruyere, grated
⅓ pound Brie, chopped
Salt
Pepper
¾ cup buttered panko crumbs
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl combine the béchamel, cheeses, and cooked pasta. Toss to coat and season with salt and pepper to taste..
Put the mac and cheese in a baking dish (you may need to divide the mixture between two smaller baking dishes) and sprinkle with buttered panko crumbs. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees, or until warmed through and the panko crumbs are golden.
