Three Cheese Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients
  • Simple Bechamel (double this recipe)
  • 1 pound Pasta, cooked according to package instructions and drained
  • ⅓ pound Cheddar cheese, grated
  • ⅓ pound Alpine cheese such as Comte or Gruyere, grated
  • ⅓ pound Brie, chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • ¾ cup buttered panko crumbs
Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the béchamel, cheeses, and cooked pasta. Toss to coat and season with salt and pepper to taste..
  2. Put the mac and cheese in a baking dish (you may need to divide the mixture between two smaller baking dishes) and sprinkle with buttered panko crumbs. Bake for 5 minutes at 350 degrees, or until warmed through and the panko crumbs are golden.
