Conquistador's Tonic

- 1 Tablespoon Apple, grated
- 4-5 Rosemary Needles
- 2 parts Plymouth Gin
- ½ part Cranberry Juice
- 5 parts Fever-Tree Tonic Water
- 3 Apple Slices
- 1 Rosemary spring
- Muddle rosemary needles and grated apple in the bottom of a highball glass.
- Add ice, gin, cranberry juice, and tonic water.
- Garnish with apple slices and a long sprig of rosemary.
