Herb Ricotta
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1 lemon Zest and juice
- 1 bunch Chives, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch Parsley, chopped
- Kosher salt
- Mix all ingredients until combined and adjust seasoning if necessary. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
