Herb Ricotta
 
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 lemon Zest and juice
  • 1 bunch Chives, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch Parsley, chopped
  • Kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients until combined and adjust seasoning if necessary. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
