Pisco Sour
Ingredients
- 2 oz Pisco
- 1 oz lemon/lime juice (see note above)
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds, until the mixture looks foamy.
- Add ice and shake again, until well chilled.
- Strain into glasses and top with an additional dash of bitters.
