The Southside Cocktail
  • 2-3 mint sprigs
  • 2 oz gin
  • 1 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • ½ oz simple syrup
  • mint sprig to garnish
  1. Softly bruse 2-3 mint springs using a muddler in a shaker.
  2. Shake the ingredients over ice and strain into a martini glass or coupe.
  3. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
