Easy Ricotta Pesto Pasta
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water.
  2. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, but 1 minute less than directed.
  3. Save 1 cup of pasta water.
  4. Drain the pasta.
  5. Add the ricotta, pesto, and pasta water to the pan in a lower heat.
  6. Stir to combine well.
  7. Return the pasta to the pan and combine with the sauce.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste.
