Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis but are not confirmed until The Taste San Francisco, Inc. receives the initial deposit in the amount specified on the deposit page. Once your deposit is received, you will be sent a confirmation email. As space is limited, early reservations are highly advised. If you attempt to reserve an experience that is already at capacity, we will gladly hold your place on a waiting list in the event of a cancellation.

The balance of your payment is due no later than thirty (30) days before the first day the experience begins. An email will be sent to all confirmed guests in advance of this deadline as a reminder of the due date. The balance is to be paid through The Taste Edit online payment portal by the due date. If the final payment is not received by the due date, The Taste San Francisco Inc. reserves the right to cancel your reservation and offer your reservation to a waitlisted guest. In this case, your deposit will be forfeited.

The price quoted is inclusive of accommodations, food, winery visits, organized culinary experiences, and cocktails and wine during meals. The price is also inclusive of transfers to and from the pre-arranged group meeting point. If you are unable to meet at the pre-arranged group meeting point for any reason, please call the cell phone number provided in your confirmation email. We will gladly arrange a private transfer and handle your luggage, however, you will be responsible for paying these charges directly to the car service upon arrival.

The Taste San Francisco Inc. is not responsible for any expenses incurred by you in preparing to attend the experience. You are solely responsible for all airfare and transportation to the pre-arranged group meeting point, any other hotel stays, and any other ground transportation. Pricing is quoted on a double occupancy basis. Single room supplements may be accommodated if single rooms are available.

Your deposit is non-refundable. In the event that you are no longer able to attend, you may transfer your deposit to another guest, whose balance must be paid by the final payment deadline. You are solely responsible for arranging a substitute guest. At your request and for your convenience, we may substitute a guest from our waitlist, in which case your deposit will be refunded net of a $500 processing fee.

In the event an experience does not receive the minimum number of participants, The Taste San Francisco Inc. reserves the right to cancel the program and will refund all payments received in their entirety.

Services provided by The Taste San Francisco Inc. in connection with the experience, such as arranging lodging and transportation, are rendered by independent contractors who have provided proof of insurance and who are not agents or employees of The Taste San Francisco Inc. The Taste San Francisco Inc. shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, bodily injury or death or damage to property resulting directly or indirectly from the acts, negligence or defaults of any company or individual engaged in providing the services arranged by The Taste San Francisco Inc. Therefore, The Taste San Francisco Inc. shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any injury, death or damage for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to acts of God, detention, war, government regulations or advisory, natural disasters, fire, accidents or other casualty, strikes or threat of strikes, quarantine, weather, terrorism, civil disturbance, changes in government regulations, airline, or other travel operations which may occur during the experience. The Taste San Francisco Inc. will not be responsible for any belongings/property damaged, lost, or left behind by the guest.

The Taste San Francisco Inc. reserves the right to substitute itinerary items of equal or greater value without notice to guests.

Payment of your deposit signifies acceptance of and agreement to be bound by all the terms and conditions detailed above. It is strongly recommended and encouraged that all participants secure travel insurance through a third party.
